Fill blender ½ full with frozen berries.

Add remaining produce and juice last.

blackberries 2 c. grape juice
2 frozen

tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c.
coconut milk 1
tsp. vanilla
Fruit Punch

pineapple puree 2 c.
raspberry puree
½ c. carrot
puree 2 c.
cold water
¼ c. sugar,
or 4 dates, pitted and soaked in the 2 c. of water overnight

Combine raspberry, pineapple, carrot, dates, and
water in a blender. Serve over ice.

Monkey Smoothie
1 tbsp.
peanut butter 2 frozen
bananas
1-2 cups
rice milk 1
tbsp. cocoa
½ cup dates,
pitted, soaked to soften

Blend.
Orange
Julius
1 c. rice
milk 1
c. water
12-15 ice
cubes ¼ c.
sugar
½ can orange
juice concentrate 1 tsp. vanilla
1.
Mix in a blender, putting the ice cubes in
first.
