Lemon Lime Sparkle

1 tbsp. lemon juice                          1 tbsp. lime juice
2-4 tsp. agave nectar                       2 c. club soda
1.       Combine. Chill.


Root Beer Float with Rice Dream Vanilla Ice Cream


Smoothie

Frozen strawberries                        1 banana
A handful of kale                              Fruit juice
1 can of peaches or pears, including juice OR Assorted fruits (mango, melon, pineapple, apricot, etc.)
1.       Fill blender ½ full with frozen berries.
2.       Add remaining produce and juice last.


Punch

1 can frozen cranberry juice to 1 liter of Sprite


Purple Passion Shake

2 handful of blackberries                2 c. grape juice
2 frozen bananas                              2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. coconut milk                          1 tsp. vanilla


Fruit Punch

1 c. pineapple puree                        2 c. raspberry puree
½ c. carrot puree                              2 c. cold water
¼ c. sugar, or 4 dates, pitted and soaked in the 2 c. of water overnight
1.       Combine raspberry, pineapple, carrot, dates, and water in a blender. Serve over ice.


Chunky Monkey Smoothie

1 tbsp. peanut butter                       2 frozen bananas
1-2 cups rice milk                              1 tbsp. cocoa
½ cup dates, pitted, soaked to soften    
1.       Blend.


Orange Julius

1 c. rice milk                                        1 c. water
12-15 ice cubes                                   ¼ c. sugar
½ can orange juice concentrate 1 tsp. vanilla
1.       Mix in a blender, putting the ice cubes in first.
