Rolls
Spread With Raspberry Honey Butter
1 French
bread dough or pie crust
½ stick
vegan butter ¼ c.
honey
¼ c.
raspberry jam ¼
tsp. vanilla
1.
Mix butter with honey, jam, and vanilla.
2.
Roll out dough and spread mixture on. Roll up
and cut into 12 rolls, or bake as a loaf.
3.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cinnamon Loaf
1 French
bread dough Sugar
Brown sugar Honey
Cinnamon
1.
Roll out bread dough on a floured surface into a
rectangle.
2.
Sprinkle with sugars and cinnamon. Drizzle with
honey.
3.
Roll up and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover
with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour.
4.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Orange Rolls
1 French
bread dough 2 tbsp.
orange zest
2 tbsp.
melted vegan butter ½ c. sugar
Honey
Glaze:
½ c.
powdered sugar 1
tbsp. orange juice
1.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a
rectangle.
2.
Spread with butter, sugar, and orange zest.
3.
Roll up and slice into rolls. Place in a greased
pan and drizzle tops with honey.
4.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
5.
Stir together glaze and drizzle over hot rolls.
Monkey
Bread
1 French
bread loaf
Topping:
¼ c. sugar ¾ c.
brown sugar
1/3 c. vegan
butter, melted 2 tsp. cinnamon
1.
Cut dough up into balls. Dip each ball into
butter and then toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
2.
Place in a greased bundt pan. Cover and let
rise.
3.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Pull apart pieces or slice.
Apple
Butter Pull Aparts
1 French
bread dough 1 c. apple
butter
1 tsp.
cinnamon mixed with 3 tbsp. sugar
Honey
1.
Cut dough into 24 balls. Dip balls in apple
butter. Toss them in the cinnamon sugar.
2.
Place balls in a greased 9 in. round pan. Spread
remaining apple butter on top. Drizzle with honey.
3.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
Chocolate
Babka Muffins
1 French
bread dough
Filling:
1 c. vegan
chocolate chip, ground in a food processor
½ tsp.
cinnamon 2 ½
tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp.
vegan butter at room temperature
Streusel
Topping:
1 ½ tbsp.
flour 1
½ tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp.
vegan butter ¼ tsp.
cinnamon
1.
Make chocolate filling in a mixing bowl.
2.
Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread
chocolate filling on top. Roll up and slice into 12 pieces.
3.
Place in a greased casserole dish or muffin
tins. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise about 30
minutes.
5.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
